Living Values Creates Satisfaction

Each year since 2009 our clients have participated in a customer satisfaction survey rating Keller Schroeder, which is administered by Microsoft and required of all Gold competency partners.  “Living our values continues to produce gratifying survey results, and more importantly, strong, enduring business relationships with our clients”, says Keller Schroeder Vice President Dan Ehrhart.

Our Values

  • We are passionate about our clients – actively listening, understanding their needs, and making their best interests our priority.
  • We are biased toward substance and excellence over form and fashion.  In our marketplace, we purposefully “under-sell and over-deliver” the highest quality solutions.
  • We hold dear our reputation for honesty and integrity in our conduct, and transparency and candor in our communications.
  • We are an employee-owned company.  We value and encourage balance between personal, professional, and spiritual growth, and we care deeply about each other.

Fall Fusion 2012: Winter Wonderland

It was sunny with a pleasant high temperature in the 60’s, but at Keller Schroeder’s offices on October 7th, nearly 200 guests were offered an early glimpse of a beautiful winter scene. This year’s annual Client Appreciation Event, with its “Winter Wonderland” theme, gave clients, employee-owners, and selected vendor partners the opportunity to connect around some good food, good conversation, and good fun.

In support of our community, Keller Schroeder partnered this year with Aurora, a local agency focused on addressing the needs of the homeless in and around Evansville. Attendees were encouraged to bring clothing and personal items to assist those who are currently homeless, as well as those who have successfully transitioned into newly-found housing. Keller Schroeder provided leadership funding, Keller Schroeder employee-owners provided leadership giving of their own, and attendees were entered into a gift-card drawing as an incentive to bring items with them to the event. In all, hundreds of items worth thousands of dollars were donated.

Key vendor partners who attended this year’s event and provided support and sponsorship included Cisco, LifeSize, K2, Barracuda.
