As the year wraps up and the holidays draw near, it is easy to feel like our calendars are bursting at the seams. Frequently it feels like we’re just trying to make it through each day, checking off work tasks, attending holiday parties, buying gifts the fastest and least personal way possible, squeezing in family gatherings, surviving the season so we can get back to our ‘routines’ in the new year.
But we would propose something different. We believe this is the perfect time to pause, even if just for a moment each day, to take a breath, reflect in peace, and appreciate the blessings we might overlook when things get busy. Let yourself feel a bit of that childlike excitement for what lies ahead. The Christmas season is a great reminder to slow down, show gratitude, and look forward with hope and anticipation.
