Keller Schroeder, an information technology firm in Evansville, IN is seeking an ERP Analyst for a direct hire opportunity with our client in the manufacturing industry located in Evansville, IN.  This individual will be responsible for developing, reporting, updating, training, implementing, and maintaining an ERP system. Our client is unable to provide sponsorship at this time.

Responsibilities

• Establishing ERP needs via analysis of business process.
• Writing workflow processes and scripts as well as configuring new front end ERP applications.
• Develop and customize within the ERP including user-friendly functionalities and interfaces, dashboards, and Crystal/SSRS reports.
• Ensuring new enhancements for ERP software has seamless integration with company operations.
• Performing diagnostic tests and resolving issues to optimize performance.
• Training ERP end-users and providing technical support.
• Documentation of ERP process and development of progress updates.
• Compliance with Corporate policies and industry regulations.
• Assist with data analysis, reporting needs, continuous improvement initiatives, change management, and support for optimal usage within NetSuite and other systems
• Staying abreast of ERP upgrades and new product offerings.

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or equivalent work experience.
• 3 - 5 years’ experience as ERP Analyst / Specialist.
• Experience as an ERP Developer, project management, and implementation.
• Experience developing or modifying ERP Crystal Reports.
• Knowledge of ERP development tools, and business processes.
• Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Visio, and Power Point.
• Organizational and project management skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and team skills.
• Manufacturing experience a plus.
• Prior experience with SAGE or SAGE X3 is a plus but not required.
