Keller Schroeder, an information technology firm in Evansville, IN is seeking a Sr. Voice and Collaboration Engineer located in Southwestern Indiana area.  This individual will be responsible for providing design, implementation, and technical support to clients for their voice and collaboration infrastructure and applications.  This includes identifying opportunities for the use of technology to improve business efficiency, performing voice environment design tasks, assessing existing design and implementation practices, performing voice implementations, and providing support for clients’ voice and collaboration environments. Keller Schroeder is unable to provide sponsorship at this time.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical pre-sales and post-sales infrastructure consulting services to enterprise and small business clientele
• Assist with designing, implementing, and managing complex collaboration environments
• Establish trust and build relationships with people at all levels of client’s organization
• Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership and management regarding latest technologies, solutions, and best practices

• 8+ years voice and collaboration experience
• Voice and collaboration solution design and implementation experience
• Advanced skills troubleshooting complex voice environments
• Experience in Call Center, Unity, Voice Routing, Converged Networks, MS Teams, 911
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Exceptional ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with others
• Strong ability to document processes and procedures clearly and accurately for distribution to internal teams and clients
• Experience prioritizing and working productively while multitasking
• Be proactive, reliable, self-accountable, and able to work independently without direct supervision
• Ability to effectively communicate designs, concepts, and technical issues to a non-technical audience
• Minimal travel requirements

Preferred Experience:

• Strong conceptual and hands-on experience with designing and implementing enterprise voice and collaboration solutions
• Experience with Cisco UC or equivalent solutions
• Experience with Microsoft Teams or equivalent solutions
• CCNP/CCIE or equivalent experience level
• Proficiency with regulatory compliance requirements affecting 911 calling and other voice-related technologies
• Server Virtualization/Storage Area Networking implementation and support experience
• Experience with identity management solutions such as Microsoft Active Directory/Entra ID
