Keller Schroeder, an information technology firm in Evansville, IN is seeking a Help Desk Specialist II to assist our direct client.  This is a 6-month+ contract working onsite in Newburgh, IN.  Will provide exceptional technical customer service to client's employees in the resolution of technical problems regarding a domain migration.   Will work Mon – Fri 8 – 5.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with migration of Office 365, email, and SharePoint.
  • Provide onsite customer support for all software and hardware issues.
  • Desk side support and coaching to assist end users with following procedures they have been given.
  • Provide timely response and assistance to telephone, email, and in-person requests for technical support.
  • Utilization of problem management software tools and reporting.
  • Support of print operations.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in corporate IT support including hands-on PC hardware, operating system, software, and cloud support
  • Active Directory
  • Office 365 support
  • SharePoint support
  • Cloud support - Azure
  • Must be able to work effectively with little direct supervision
  • Operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Possess strong conceptual knowledge of software and hardware configurations and software applications
  • Microsoft Office Specialist certifications in Word, Excel and Outlook preferred
  • Certification in A+ and Network+ preferred
  • Must be able to work onsite in Newburgh, IN
