There will be parking available in the Keller Schroeder parking lot as well as the AT&T lot. We will have golf carts to transport attendees from their car to the event tent.

It’s our chance to say thank you! We’re bringing our clients together for a fun-filled event with dinosaur-themed activities, food and drinks, prizes, local vendors, and an opportunity to give back to a local nonprofit. Most of all, it’s a celebration of you and our appreciation for your continued support.
Help us give back
Established in 1982, a forward-thinking group of people and a borrowed pick-up truck began a simple operation serving seven nonprofit agencies in Evansville, IN. In 1983, the warehouse on Virginia Street was purchased and that year 150,158 pounds of food was disbursed to a growing number of member agencies. Today, we distribute more than 15 million pounds of food each year to over 250 feeding programs in 33 counties.
Q: I want to make a monetary donation, but I wish for the amount to remain anonymous. Is that possible?
A: Yes, of course! We just ask that if you wish to be eligible for prizes that you don’t check the box “Don’t Show My Name” so that we can put you in the prize drawing. Full disclosure, a monetary giving report is generated and shared with our internal Give Back Chair ONLY. No giving amounts are ever publicized. Your name is simply used for contesting.
Q: If I donate via the Amazon Wishlist, how will you know the donation is mine so that I am prize-eligible?
A: Simply include a gift receipt with your donation, and we’ll enter you to win!
Q: I want to donate money/food items, but I wish to bring them with me to the event. Can I?
A: Yes! We’ll have an area set-up at the event for you to drop off your cash or your food items. We’ll also make sure you get entered in the prize drawing.
Q: If I donate prior to the event, how will I know you received my monetary or food donation?
A: Once your donation has been received and verified, you will receive a separate confirmation email from our Give Back Chair.
How You Can Help
Our Client Appreciation Events always involve a unique charitable aspect, as we ask our attendees to bring along a donation for a different local charity each year. We are excited to announce that this year’s charity is Tri-State Food Bank! Here’s how you can get involved:
