Keller Schroeder is seeking a senior level business strategist candidate to fill the role of Solutions Consultant in our Sales and Marketing business unit. We are looking for an individual passionate about finding business opportunities, defining value to be gained, and securing support to invest in solutions that make a positive impact on others. The Solutions Consultant will work closely with our Select Account Managers to educate clients on the range of services provided by our Data Strategy Group and how those services can drive value for the client. If you have experience as a business strategist, have developed business cases and secured executive funding for strategic initiatives, whether as an internal employee or outside consultant, this is the role for you. *Keller Schroeder is unable to provide sponsorship at this time.


Responsibilities

  • Partner with Select Account Managers to review current clients and new prospects and develop campaigns that generate interest in Keller Schroeder offerings and secure client appointments.
  • Research clients to understand their business model, market conditions, and competitors.
  • Meet with clients to understand their strategic and organizational goals and identify business needs and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with client contacts to deliver executive proposals that lead to approval of proposed solutions.
  • Recognize opportunity in creative networking and use current, previous, or informal connections to secure client prospects and present Keller Schroeder offerings, with focus on Data Strategy solutions.

  • Be a humble and hungry servant leader who thrives on putting others first, assuring our clients’ success, and representing our corporate values.

  • Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years related experience in business strategy development, problem solving, and business case development.
  • Direct experience developing and delivering executive proposals to seek funding for strategic initiatives.
  • Knowledge of Lean Continuous Improvement methodology, performance management and culture transformation.
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture concepts and enabling business performance with technology.
  • Familiarity with Operational Business Intelligence and Advanced Analytics / Data Science.
  • Familiarity with data lifecycle management, including data governance, data quality, analytics use case development.
  • Minimal travel requirements.
