More than just another retirement benefit, our ESOP owns a majority position in Keller Schroeder. Presented by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce, the program included an in-depth evaluation of strengths, weaknesses, and employment practices. This award reflects the positive work environment at Keller Schroeder, and it is a strong indicator of the value we place on the people who serve our clients.

We also value the community in which we serve.  Keller Schroeder has been a strong and consistent supporter of the United Way of Southwestern Indiana.  At a recent Client Appreciation Event commemorating our 30-year anniversary with a 70's-era celebration, we chose to give back to our community by donating $30 to the United Way for each attendee at the event, resulting in a gift of over $10,000.
